Responsible for the day to day plant Maintenance activities.- Responsible to Plan and execute Preventive maintenance schedule to maximize functionality and operability of the machinery and equipment.- Responsible to maintain in optimal working conditions all supportive equipment, cooling towers, compressors, chillers, etc.- Responsible for maintaining all Equipment performance of Tool room as per defined KPI.- All Machine maintenance and spare parts management.- Preparing Inspection plans of all Tool room Machines periodically and their check sheets, work instructions and Maintaining the Documents.- Deep knowledge of Final CNC Machine Inspection includes Geometrical test, Laser Calibration (Linear, Tilting &Rotary) axis, Test Cut trials, Thermal growth test.- Know-how of Geometrical test, Calibration of EDM machines.- Responsible for MTTR and MTBF of all Tool room machines as per defined KPI.- Sustain the Plant Availability(%) by reducing the Breakdown as per defined KPI.- Deep Knowledge of TPM specially JH, PM Pillars and can be able to give training to Shop floor people.- Must have experience to Machine installation, commissioning & erection.- Must have exposure to MIS, departmental KPI & presentation.- Must have exposure to the problem solving tools & technique as 7QC Tools.- Must be able to lead & give training to the shop floor team.- Responsible for Internal and External Maintenance Audit.- Responsible for 5S in Tool room and EHS & Safety Management.- Excellent online trouble shooting skill. Should able to quickly ascertain the situation online.- Must have knowledge of IATF 16949, EMS & OHSAS.- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
