**Position Summary**:Finance Controller responsible to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, complete monthly financial reporting, and prepare annual planning/budgeting for the Auburn Hills Technology Center and Advanced Technology cost centers**Responsibilities of Position**:- Installing accounting systems and standards required for proper performance of the plant functions.- Prepare monthly lab services invoicing.- Prepare monthly plant financial reporting.- Prepare annual business plan and monthly forecast.- Prepare capital investment justifications.- Track capital investment projects.- Capitalize investments once the projects are completed.- Complete bi-annual physical asset audits.- Request development projects and track spending once projects are approved.- Register development projects once completed.- Completes and analyses operating and performance reports.- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.**Skill Requirements**:1. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or related field2. At least 4 years experience in a related position.3. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.4. Experience in journal entry preparation, auditing and balance sheet reconciliation.5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.6.
