We’ve only begun reimaging the future - for our people, our customers, and the world.The primary purpose of the Pricing Coordinator Lead is to manage pricing projects including Pricing Discounts and Access Codes, new Product Prices, Price Lists, Pricing Changes, Promotions, Volume Pricing, Discount Matrices, Eligibility Rules and Customer Contract Pricing.The Pricing Coordinator Lead will work closely with the Pricing Advisor, Global Pricing Committee, Product Management, and Channel Operations on tasks related to launching of new products, changes to existing prices, discounts and promotions. The Pricing Coordinator Lead will determine the best methods and procedures to use for new assignments. The position will be accountable for pricing entries in Zebra systems with tracking and validating accuracy.**Responsibilities**:- Leads the entry of all standard pricing, discount structures and product access rules in Zebra systems- Leads data collection for pricing team analyses- Work with the product managers and participate in the Global Pricing Committee meetings- Maintain system price lists supporting new product launches, list price changes including Sanmina and Intercompany- Troubleshoot pricing issues and make recommendations to help solving pricing problems- Coordinate the timing of all price changes- Maintain pricing documents on the Sharepoint site including discount matrices- Set eligibility rules based on the requirements from compliance or product managers in case of custom product- Train and provide guidance to other internal associates- Comfort in handling all activities listed above in any region- Pricing related analytics, as required- Perform other duties, as assigned**Qualifications**:Qualifications:- Associates Degree in Business or equivalent work experience is preferred- 4+ years of relevant experience- Strong communication (English written and verbal) skills- Highly effective in Siebel and Microsoft Office- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-up**Preferred Qualifications**:- **Pricing Analysis & Support**- ** Ability to analyze product pricing structures and recommend adjustments aligned with Zebra’s pricing policies.**:- ** Support in preparing quotes, price lists, and customer proposals.**- ** Data Management & Accuracy**- ** Strong skills in handling large datasets (Excel, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar tools).**:- ** Detail-oriented to ensure price accuracy in systems and documents.**- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**- ** Coordination with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure correct pricing alignment.**:- ** Support to senior pricing leads in implementing strategies and campaigns.**- ** Problem-Solving & Agility**- ** Ability to respond quickly to urgent requests from sales teams while maintaining compliance.**:- ** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
