Overview About the Role: We are a dual-business owner looking for a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to support an e-commerce business and a construction business. This is a part-time position designed for a dedicated professional who can take ownership of key tasks. This is a long-term role with the potential for an increase in hours and responsibilities as the business grows. Additional Requirements: ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. This is a long-term role with the potential for an increase in hours and responsibilities as the business grows. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Marketing & Outreach: Manage and execute marketing tasks, including SEO optimization and Facebook Ads, AI Avatars & Video GenerationI, Woo Commerce, Maintaining and Optimization. Conduct influencer outreach and manage relationships on platforms like Instagram to drive product sales. Develop and implement strategies for engaging with influencers to expand brand reach. Research and apply the latest AI tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts. Construction Business Administration: Perform general administrative duties. Conduct outreach to architects via email to solicit project bids. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the e-commerce sector. Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and influencer outreach. Familiarity with the latest AI tools and their application in marketing (mandatory). Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks for two distinct businesses. A proactive mindset and a proven ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English with minimal to no accent. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (fiber optic preferred) and a backup power supply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
