**_Technician 2_**:**_Two or Three years of experience as a technician in electronic manufacturing environment (Prefered)_**:**_Technical knowledge in Electronics, Mechatronics (Prefered)_**:**_Responsible to diagnose & repair electronic products, tooling verification, process controls, PCB repair & analysis._**:**_Under this role the person should be able to read schematics for PCBA trouble shooting, execute preventive & corrective maintenance, screw drivers, fixtures set up & verification._**:- **_Analysis of production lines capacity_**- **_Production Line Balance_**- **_Adaptation of workstations for new models_**- **_Creation of Poka Yoke_**- **_Kaizen for improve the flow process_**- Soporte a línea de producción para el cumplimiento diario.- Diagnosticar las causas raíces de las fallas utilizando las herramientas adecuadas. (multímetro, fuente de poder, analizador de audio, analizador espectrocautín, extractor de soldadura, torquímetro, osciloscopio, analizador de potencia, generador de señales)- Análisis de ensambles electrónicos.- Manejo de esquemáticos y diagramas electrónicos.- Análisis de problemas- Manejo de personal- Manejo de sistema 42Q- Trabajo en equipo- Manejo de inventarios: Conteo cíclico- Conocimiento de equipos de análisis de RF.- El análisis del modo de falla de recepción(Rx) para radios con baja y alta frecuencia.- reducción de repair loop menos de 24 hrs inventario- Conocimiento básico del idioma inglés.
