The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**Objective**:**Activities**:- Review all new loan files within 48 hours of receipt.- Verify that all required disclosures have been issued on time.- Identify missing documents or errors that may affect eligibility or regulatory compliance.- Maintain and follow up on an active portfolio of 25 or more loans.- Request, verify, review, and track necessary documents according to Automated Underwriting System (AUS) requirements, investors, and regulatory agencies.- Use specialized systems such as Encompass for file management.- Organize and prepare loan files for submission to the underwriting department.- Address conditions issued by underwriters or closers, ensuring the file is complete and compliant before moving to the next stage.- Maintain active communication with loan originators, brokers, underwriters, and other involved parties.- Resolve discrepancies, obtain missing documents, and facilitate continuous progress in the process.- Review all closing documents (title, insurance, invoices, etc.) within 24 hours of receipt.- Collaborate on meeting post-closing conditions to avoid financial losses.- Ensure that information in the system (Encompass) is up-to-date and accurate.- Set up new loans, update their status, and ensure proper file structuring for audits and reviews.**Required Skills & Experience**:- High School or technical education in administrative, financial, or related fields (preferred).- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (loan administration, financial customer service, document processing).- Familiarity with mortgage or personal loan processes.- Experience with CRM systems or platforms like Encompass (preferred).- Basic knowledge of loan regulations and financial documents.- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Organization, follow-up, and compliance orientation.- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary (20k -22k gross)**:- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free**:- **Excellence trimestral**bonus of $1,000 MXN tax free- **Private minor medical insurance (Medical Assistance, Dental & Visual Support)**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicosPregunta(s) de postulación:- Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?- What's your salary expectation in mexican pesos and gross wisely?Idioma:- Inglés (B2 - C1) (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
