**Job Summary**:As a Indirect Materials Planner at our company, will be responsible for executing requisitions orders for indirect materials, services and general operating supplies from demand (requisition) through delivery. Using a clear understanding of financial impact and business accounting as it pertains to purchasing, maintain communication with suppliers and internal customers.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Responsible for submitting the Indirect material requisitions based on consumables Facilities needs.- Responsible of interpreting the Consumables Facilities indirect material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels.- Work with Users and Finance Controller to accomplish Monthly Budget threshold.- Maintain the Indirect MRP /KB Items within the SS required.- Ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders with the supplier.- Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.- Add or Remove Material from stock based on Consumption.- Quotation for Indirect Materials on New Parts.- Installed Rack Capacity administration on Tool Crib**Skills**:- Procurement / Planning Knowledge- Optimizing Inventory with Service- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge- Kanban / MRP knowledge- Supply chain (logistics / import /export) knowledge- Executing abilities- Communication skills- Data maintenance knowledge**Minimum Experience Required**:- Minimum of 1 year of material planner experience
