Descripción y detalle de las actividades- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager / Site Manager to lead the successful launch and ongoing management of manufacturing operations in Mexico. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth integration of all operational areas: Human Resources, Customs, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety and others.-- **RESPONSIBILITIES**-- Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.- Develop and maintain a program plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and timelines of each project within the program.- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues or risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication to ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, risks, and issues.- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the program, including progress, risks, and issues.- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.- Plan, direct, and control daily site operations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, cost, safety, and quality.- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, policies, and safety, environmental, and labor regulations.- Supervise the administration of personnel in coordination with the HR department.- Implement continuous improvement strategies focused on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.- Manage the site operational budget and guarantee efficient use of resources.- Lead programs for employee development, recognition, and retention.- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.- Monitor and report operational results through key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reviews.Experiência y requisitos- **Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, engineering, or a related field, master's degree is a plus.**- **Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)**- **At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management and customer service exposure.**- Experience in manufacturing startups.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, tools, and techniques.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Manufacturing processes and continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).- Mexican labor law and employment regulations.- Budget management and cost control.- Operational and HR performance indicators.- **Core Competencies**: Integrity, teamwork, customer focus, results orientation, and talent development.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta- Bono trimestral- Gasolina-- **Número de vacantes** 1- ** Área** Operaciones- ** Contrato** Permanente- ** Modalidad** Presencial- ** Turno** Diurno- ** Jornada** Tiempo Completo- ** Estudios** Carrera con título profesional- ** Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado- ** Mandarín**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado- ** Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
