**Position Overview**We are currently seeking an Content Production Transformation Intern to join our Data & Content Services team in Monterrey.**Scope of Responsibility**- Support the Production team achieve organizational goals, and enhance its contributions to the success of MSCI products- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with emphasis on quality and accuracy to contribute in process transformation initiatives.- Gather requirements, create proof of concepts or tactical solutions to be placed in the hands of our Production team to improve productivity and scale, and reduce inefficiencies.- Keep track of the transformation initiatives executed, their proven effectiveness, and ROI.**Specific Knowledge/Skills**- Proficient oral and written communication skills to process and transmit information effectively.- Strong time management and execution skills to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, given direction on priority.- Strong domain of Microsoft Office suite is a must.- Strong interest in data operations is a must, focus on financial markets desired.- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or other similar concentration.- Knowledge of knowledge management, BI tools highly desired (SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.)- Knowledge of programming packages for automation highly desired (Microsoft Flow, VBA, Python, R, Prefect.)
