**Job Title**: CloudOps Engineer (Mid / Near-Senior)**Location**: Guadalajara, Mexico - Hybrid (onsite presence as needed)**Employment Type**: Full-time**Experience**: 4-7 years**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in **Azure DevOps** environments.- Design, implement, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** using **Jenkins** and **GitLab**.- Monitor performance, availability, and reliability across **AWS** and **GCP**.- Administer and support **source control** with **Bitbucket** and **GitLab** (branching, PRs, permissions).- Participate in **SCRUM** ceremonies and contribute to Agile project delivery.- Create and maintain **runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base** articles.- Stay current with industry trends; recommend tooling and process improvements.- Foster a culture of **continuous improvement** and operational excellence.**Requirements**:- 4-7 years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE roles with production ownership.- Strong experience with **Azure DevOps** (pipelines, repos, artifacts, release).- Hands-on with **Jenkins** and/or **GitLab CI** for build/release automation.- Proven monitoring and incident response across **AWS** and/or **GCP** (metrics, logs, alerts).- Proficiency with **Git** workflows and repository administration (Bitbucket/GitLab).- Familiarity supporting **.NET** apps (runtime, configuration, dependency management).- Working knowledge of **ITIL** processes within Agile environments.- Scripting for automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.**Nice to Have**:- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., ARM/Bicep/Terraform).- Exposure to containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400) and/or ITIL Foundation.- Knowledge of security, secrets management, and compliance best practices.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 44160, Americana, Jal.
