Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a Production Development Specialist, you will drive improvements in production of the Electrification Business in Mexico.**This position reports to**:Production Development Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related.- 5 years of experience in the Continuous Improvement area.- Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.- Knowledge of MS Office (intermediate), AutoCAD (basic) and SAP (basic).- Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification is an advantage.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
