Sr. Procurement Sourcing Analyst

Requirements:- Bachelor Degree- Proficiency in English 90%- Strong communication and conflict management skills.- Timely decision making.- Procurements/Supply Chain background with experience in the automotive or commmercial vehicle industries.Responsabilities:- Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material procurement. Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers. Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain Management function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.- Maintain communication to Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Engineering customers and escalate issues when needed - know who, when, and how to communicate effectively with all Stakeholders.- Supports Electronic Components Category Manager to execute a category sourcing strategy for High-Risk suppliers.- Lead day-to-day commercial relationship with suppliers and facilitate new supplier onboarding.- Execute price changes previously negotiated by Category Managers.- Resolve issues with supplier invoicing, debits, and chargebacks.- Build and manage relationships with cross functional team members and management.- Facilitate communications between external suppliers and various internal departments to resolve queries or issues.- Build strong strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure that product quality, on time delivery and service levels are met.- Support Category Manager by analyzing category spend to identify and develop new cost reductions as well as assure contract pricing and parameters are up to date.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Diurno
