Responsibilities include: (Depending on the seniority level, some or all of the following tasks)Design consumable, secure and scalable project-specific architectures to be executed on by administrators and developersReview existing designs and implementations to deliver an evaluation used to provide scalability and continuityParticipate in every stage of the Salesforce team SDLCDesign and implement standard code review processesCompare functional requirements with native Salesforce functionalities to provide gap analysis prior to custom developmentProvide Impact analysis on existing solutions prior to the execution and acceptance of the proposed solution design.Educate, advocate, and utilize development best practices always using Salesforce out-of-box functionality first wherever possibleEvaluate data integration tools and products to be used for various projects and needsProvide design for new Salesforce-related data integration projectsCollaborate with all roles of the Salesforce team alongside stakeholders (Developer, QA, BA, Admin, Project Manager / Scrum Master, business stakeholders)Document and communicate Salesforce solution architecture to the Salesforce team**Skills**:Active Advanced Developer certification(s) from Salesforce (FOR SENIOR) / FOR JUNIOR OR MIDDLE IS DESIRABLEImplementation with APEX Language, Classes, Controllers & Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce PagesSOAP and REST API calls, Web Services and HTTP requests from APEXExpertise in debugging and resolving the issues in existing codeProven strong development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud environmentsStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityDemonstrated ability to communicate and make recommendations to the technical resources and the non-technical users related to Salesforce features and best practices**BENEFITS**:- Salary: negotiation according to profile seniority and experience- Salary paid bi-weekly- Fund Tax Free Savings for 7% of basic salary with the limits established by law.- Major Medical Expenses for you and your Family (which start 30 days after admission)- Food Stamps for 5% of basic salary- Vacation Bonus: 30% of the days to enjoy- Vacation as established by law:- 1 st year = 6 days- 2 nd year = 8 days- 3 rd year = 10 days- 4rd years = 12 days- 5-9 years = 14 days- 10-14 years = 16 days- Christmas Bonus:- 1 st year = 25 days- 2 nd year = 26 days- 3 rd year = 27 days- 4rd years = 28 days- 5-11 years = 29 days- 12 or more years = 30 days- Food Stamps Aid: 1% of basic salary- Daily attendance award: 2.7% of basic salary- Benefits in kind:- Life insurance- Funeral expenses insurance in case of death of employee, spouse/wife, and children for 25,000 pesos by the insurance- Funeral Support for $5,000 pesos in case of death of parents- 5 days leave with pay in the event of childbirth- 3 days leave with pay in case of: marriage, death of parents, children, in-laws or siblings
