Manager responsible to ensure regulatory reports required by each bank (Banamex and Citi) operate independently after Separation (Legal Day 1).Perform reports gap analysis and define solution road map.Coordinate teams and data owners endeavours to separate and or replicate regulatory reports.Support data quality and reports certification.Support the establishment of a strategic operating model (technology, data, processes, governance, organisation and skills) for Regulatory reporting.**Responsibilities**:- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering- Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes- Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables- May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees**Qualifications**:- 6-10 years of experience- Experience developing and implementing data intensive solutions- Knowledge of consumer financial services regulatory environment required- Management of teams- Experience managing vendors and teams with external resources- Experience developing and implementing analytical strategies in the financial services industry- Experience in Regulatory Reporting- Experience in divestitures, acqusitions, merging**Education**:- Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
