**Customer Acquisition Specialist - Inside Sales****Monterrey Branch****Carr. Miguel Aleman KM 21 #6****Prologis Park Apodaca****Apodaca, N.L. Mexico 66627**The Customer Acquisition Specialist will connect via the phone with prospective customers from marketing lists to create new customers for Uline. Using Uline internal processes and communicating our value proposition, the goal is to persuade prospects to buy from Uline.**Position Responsibilities**- Perform 50 to 60 daily calls to attract new clients to Uline.- Document new client information via Uline's CRM software.- Discover the prospect's needs and wants by asking business-related scripted questions and by listening.- Learn about the client's internal purchasing process and identify key purchasing contacts.- Set up appointments for the prospect to meet with Uline's Monterrey Sales team.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree.- ** Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**- Strong listening and empathy skills.- 2+ years outbound sales call center experience.- Industrial products experience **preferred.**- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.**Benefits**- Complete insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance plus wellness programs.- Savings fund with employer match.- Paid holidays and generous paid time off.- Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.- Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing.**About Uline**Uline is North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.
