**Title Position: Quality Manager**Company dedicated to manufacture automotive electrical harnesses is searching for a QA Manager, is responsible for site activities related to manufacturing quality and supplier quality driving continuous improvement activities. Administer Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance, responsible for internal and external audits and compliance. Drive corrective and preventive actions, monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the actions. Administer KPI’s to improve customer satisfaction.**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- B.S. Degree in Engineering, or other related science. / MBA a Plus- Bilingual: Fluent English Level 95 - 100%- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing of automotive electrical harnesses.- AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA and related documentation.- Standards, Requirements and Applicable Norms; IATF 16949 / ISO 14001:2015, BIQS GM, Ford Q1 Requirements.- Experience in the Analysis and troubleshooting (8D, 5W, PDCA, Ishikawa)- Management of Customer Score Cards, Knowledge of the Warranty process with OEMs.- Application of statistical tools, XR graphs, Normality Study, CPK, Product traceability.- Development of New Products and Relationship with Suppliers and Customers.- Statistical knowledge (DOE, SPC, Sample comparison, etc.)- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno matutino
