Reporting to the Country Counsel Employment Law Mexico, this position will be responsible for supporting all of the businesses of Grupo Financiero BanamexThis position will be responsible for (i) managing litigations, (ii) supporting Human Resources on a variety of topics, including internal investigations and (iii) provide advice and counsel to business partners.Required Background:- 6-10 years’ of experience- Bachelor of laws degree or equivalent- In-house experience, and experience with financial institutions and/or the financial markets- Strong experience with employment legal advice and counsel as well as employment litigation- Experience investigating complex and variable case(s) that have substantial impact to the businesses and working with internal investigative teams- Ability to supervise internal investigations and provide support to other global functions- Knowledge of eDiscovery processes and data privacy issues- Demonstrated report writing skills for presentation to senior management in a cohesive and comprehensive manner- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & SharePoint for compiling written reports and spreadsheets on an investigation- Flexibility to work on call off hours/weekends during critical project phases, if necessary- This position will be responsible for internal reporting on litigations, internal investigations and changes in law.- By working with more senior personnel on the team, the position provides knowledge development and mentoring as well as a path to advancement.- English advanced required- **Job Family Group**:Legal- **Job Family**:Legal - Product- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
