Where no two days are the same.**YOUR ROLE**- Engage with various business and process owners to drive out the automation, process enhancement requirements, and plan the deliverables- Actively participate in all the strategic discussions around automation roadmap, related various projects and plan the deliverable in collaboration with all the stakeholders- Work on the development/automation of projects in the Sprint model- Utilize JavaScript, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate to build the decided automations and PowerBI to build reports as per requirements- Attend and contribute to sprint planning, sprint review & scrum ceremonies- Keep the project/deliverable phases, status of all the deliverables, discussions regarding the deliverables up to date in Azure DevOps (ADO)- Proactively envision the automation opportunities through data analysis- Cross-collaboration with the stakeholders in India, Europe and USA and offshore team based in India**YOUR PROFILE**- Good conversational **English **(B2, C1, C2)- ** 5+ years of professional experience** and at least **2 years of experience in Power Apps Development**:- Experience in **Power Platform - PowerApps** (Both Canvas and Model Driven), **PowerAutomate & Power Portal**:- Knowledge of Dataverse is a preferred- Basic to **intermediate SQL knowledge**:- Good development experience with **JavaScript**:- Should be interested in data and business analysis required for subsequent development- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** as this role has daily interaction with stakeholders across geographies**What You’ll Love About Working Here**- At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
