« BI Azure Data Engineer »Technical analysis (including producing architecture documents), development (extract, cleanse, transform and load various datasets into a common model and track changes across the data sets), unit testing and implementation of solutions are under resource’s responsibility.No team management.Periodic reporting of their activity to the reporting manager.BI team:Senior BI developer is a member of an international team with 10 to 15 collaborators located in France (Paris), Serbia (Belgrade), USA (Reston) and India.The development is all cloud based using Azure Cloud Platform services (Azure SQL database, Pipelines, MDS etc.)Main**Responsibilities**:- In close collaboration with the BI Projects & Products team, designs, develops and implements appropriate BI solutions (including architecture) aligned with business requirements, functional and technical specifications.- Collaborate with the Data Analysts, Application Developers, Report Developers, Architects, Product Manager and other stakeholders to provide visibility into the data layer and related pipelines- Identify opportunities to leverage data and create innovative solutions.- Implement, follow technical standards, best practices and IS implementation standards as member of the BI development team.- Correct any technical issues affecting the operation of BI solutions.- Guarantee the performance of BI solutions in conjunction with the Operations teams.- Support the BI Projects & Product team during the testing phases inherent to these activities.- Ensure the implementation of technical solutions in line with the regulations, laws and procedures in place in connection with the relevant legal departments.- Provide all the technical information required for the exploitation of BI solutions by the Operations teams.- Set up and administrate the BI technical environments (Dev, UAT, Production) in close collaboration with the Operations teams.- Implement BI solutions in line with the SLAs.- Ensure the software implementation and indicators to measure / monitor the use of the IS in close collaboration with the BI Projects & Product team.QualificationEducationEngineering school or university degree in the IT or/and BI fields.ExperienceProfile and professional skillsTechnological skills- Significant experience in BI & Analytics and Data Management.- Strong skills in BI technologies.- Expertise in the design and development of BI solutions (big data environment, data warehouse,...).- Azure Cloud Platform services (Azure SQL database, Pipelines, MDS...).- ETL Technologies like Informatica, SSIS, etc.- Experience with SQL, SparkSQL, PySpark- Experience with Python and an interest in Machine Learning- Experience migrating data environments from on-prem to cloud (DMS)- Experience in usage GitHub or Azure DevOPS Git- Understanding in the design and development BI solution based on Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault methodology- Understanding data governance principles and experience in implementing data controls and master data management based on SQL MDS will be advantage- Critical thinking in problem solving and solution design.- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.Relational skills- Fluent in English.- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment.- Excellent interpersonal and interactive skills: ease in communicating with colleagues, especially with business sponsors.General knowledgeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: In person
