What's the role?:As a Coordinator your responsibilities include the following:- Review and collaborate with Recruiters to translate the job description into job ads- Proof read job ads for bias language, gender neutrality, and adherance to other Job Ad guidelines- Schedule phone and on site/virtual interviews- Set up and collect feedback forms.- Proofing, reviewing and submitting paperwork for hiring & onboarding.- Review ATS statuses to ensure accurate reporting metrics.- Interact with other departments and organize cross-functional meetings pertaining to Talent Acquisition Activity.- Colloabarating with team memebers on ad-hoc projectsWho are you?:You are a passionate and uber-organized person that wants to help take Talent Acquisition to the next level.
