Following our EHW Global Strategy and supported by our policies, programs, and resources, the Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor), a licensed doctor, will bring to life our effective approaches and strategies to serve our employees. As a (Horizontes, Independencia, Salvarcar) Shift Doctor, you are caring for the health of manufacturing employees on (shift 1, shift 2, shift 3).**Key Responsibilities**:- Performs medical exams for new hires and Extraordinary- Responsible for occupational health programs (Medical Surveillance)- Provides medical care and first aid treatments to associates- Coordinates medical exams of Live for Life Program- Keeps employees’ medical files- Provides medical attention to associates involved in occupational injury/illness incidents.- Provides support in injury/illness incident investigations- Provide support to EHS programs.- Follows all company EHS policies and other safety precautions within the work area- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.- Follow J&J and Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.- Organize and coordinate the Medical Preventive Campaigns.- Comply with GHS Medical Training.- Provide applicable Global Health Services training to new hire associates.- Participates in Medical Education Planning.- Comply with Medical Legal requirements.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable. o For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures o Performs other duties assigned as needed.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS- Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred- Knowledge of Mexican Health regulations preferred.- Knowledge of Excel, Word, electronic mail system**Required Skills**:**Preferred Skills**:Administrative Support, Business Behavior, Communication, Document Management, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Healthcare EDI, Healthcare Management, Health Care Regulation, Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), HR Strategic Management, Issue Escalation, Medical Billing, Organizing, Problem Solving, Service Excellence, Service Models, Talent Management
