Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO**Garantiza el manejo oportuno de los documentos aduaneros entrantes y salientes y asegura el suministro de información y documentos adecuados a los departamentos usuarios sobre las actividades diarias de importación/exportación.**TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES**- Coordina con el departamento de operaciones para organizar las actividades y documentos diarios de declaración aduanera de importación y/o exportación.- Mantiene los registros precisos y actualizados de todas las declaraciones aduaneras de importación y exportación contra el contrato aduanero.- Proporciona información oportuna al departamento de Operaciones sobre el estado de la declaración de equipo y piezas devueltas.- Prepara los documentos necesarios para la liquidación del contrato aduanero de acuerdo con las instrucciones del Supervisor de Aduanas.- Prepara el nuevo contrato aduanero de acuerdo con las instrucciones del Supervisor de Aduanas.- Puede realizar otras tareas y responsabilidades según se asignen.**CALIFICACIONES DEL TRABAJO****REQUISITOS DE CONOCIMIENTO**- Capacidad para definir problemas, recopilar datos, establecer hechos y sacar conclusiones válidas.Capacidad para operar una computadora personal, incluyendo el uso de un sistema operativo Windows y software relacionado.Habilidades avanzadas de PC, incluyendo capacitación y conocimiento de los paquetes de software de Jabil.Capacidad para escribir correspondencia simple.
