Logramos el crecimiento a través del desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios innovadores, que incluyen iluminación, controles de iluminación, soluciones de gestión de edificios y aplicaciones con reconocimiento de ubicación.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Support Quality to Implement Quality Plan.- To Analize and solve quality problems at Manufacturing Cells.- Material and Product Deviation authorization- Leading new product and new options introductions in his/her Focus Factory.- Assure Routings, BOM set-ups and Maintenance in Oracle- Assure accurate Mfg and Purchse Component codification- ECO's coordination (Approval and Implementation)- Support BOM creation process, assuring accurate BOMs- To Provide Accurate Drawing and Product Documentation (Visual Aids, Paint Quality Criterias and Inspection Instructions) and Specifications (CTQs, CTPs, criteria acceptance and rejection) along with Accurate BOM’s- Daily support to the FF area assigned in Quality and Product activities- Supply Quality KPI's results to the FF team- Coordinate FF team to identify the source of the product quality defects to solve the problems- Technical Trainning support to the Quality Auditors- Powder Paint Quality Test (Adherence, Curing, Corrosion)- Follow up Customer Claim, and do teardown analysis.- Communicate Quality issues/Claim to Internal Supplier/Customer**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:Required Education- BS on Engineering field,Electrical, Mechanical, y Industrial AdministratorExperience Required- 3 years on similar position- Quality System implementation- Quality Assurance Knowledge- Corrective Action Magnament- Control Process (Definition and monitoring Process Critical Variabled)- Product Specification and Documentation maintenance- New Products Introduction- APQP knowledge- TD&G**Utilizamos la tecnología para resolver problemas en espacios, luz y más cosas por venir... para nuestros clientes, nuestras comunidades y nuestro planeta.
