A automotive manufacturing company is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager for Celaya, Guanajuato Plant.Your new CompanyA multinational automotive manufacturing is looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager for Celaya, Guanajuato Plant.Your New RoleYou will be responsible for define and align the supplier quality strategy for the local plants. Monitor and report the key performance indicators to ensure all projects area delivered on cost and to the highest quality standards. Drive continuous improvement across all supplier quality related areas of the plant in line with the strategy.What you’ll need to succeedBA/MS in Mechanical Engineer or related field and a minimum of 5 - 10 years quality management experience. Appropriate qualification in supplier quality / quality management. Considerable and diverse experience of leading a Supplier Quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership. Proven project management, lean and quality experience.Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and manufacturing techniques.
