**Location**: Remote - Americas | Contractor**Compensation**: USD**Workload**: Full-time**Industry**: Food & Beverage**About the Role**We are looking for a proactive and responsible **Back Office Specialist** with experience in regulatory compliance for alcoholic products in the U.S., particularly with the **TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau)** and **FDA (Food and Drug Administration)**. This role will be responsible for general administrative duties, invoicing, QuickBooks management, order coordination, and regulatory compliance related to product labeling.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage accounting records, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable using **QuickBooks**:- Handle general back office tasks, including:- Invoicing management- Accounts payable- Data entry and maintenance across systems- Internal support to the executive team- Document and compliance tracking- Coordinate order logistics- Manage label submissions and approvals with the **TTB**, ensuring compliance with content requirements, legal warnings, format, etc.- Ensure ongoing compliance with **TTB** and **FDA** regulations where applicable (e.g., bottled water labeling)- Maintain accurate and updated documentation, collaborating with the executive team- Research benchmarks and best practices for product labeling within the industry- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations**Requirements**:- Proven experience in back office and administrative accounting roles- Proficiency with **QuickBooks**:- Hands-on experience managing **TTB** compliance (labeling, permits, regulatory procedures)- Familiarity with **FDA** regulations- Intermediate-advanced level of English (for documentation, regulatory guidelines, and written communication)- Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and autonomy**Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)**- Bilingual (Spanish-English) profile**Perks**:- Work 100% remotely for a growing company expanding in the U.S. market- Get paid in USD- Enjoy a friendly, close-knit work environmentTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPregunta(s) de postulación:- What is your experience working as Back Office Specialist or in a similar position in a USA company?Idioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
