While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.Global Sales Support (GSS) Organisation unit is part of the CX Sales Support and Customer Success unit (SS&CS), which aspires to be a great partner for CX sales teams, business groups and central functions with focus on digitalisation and automation of process, amplifying the voice of customers, improve customer face time of our sales force and drive sales competencies.In Global Sales Support (GSS) we are responsible to provide pre-sales tendering support across the length and breadth of our portfolio, is focused on closely collaborating with the Business Group pre-sales teams in Markets, Bid Management and provide more efficient services to Strategy, Marketing, Legal & Compliance and other central functions and strongly success of our business across CSPs, Enterprise and Webscale.**What you will learn and contribute to**- **CX SS&CS GSS MN S LAT Market Services Lead** **(CX SSCS GSS MN S)** **role is to lead a team of professionals supporting pre-sales tendering for Mobile Networks Services (MN S) business.- Primary interface towards Market RBC CePS (Center of Excellence) / CePS (Central Pre-Sales) with support of GSS SMO and SU Heads (Market RBC in this case)- Proactively Lead engagement and collaboration with Market stakeholders, viz. Market RBC CoE, Market RBC CePS, Market Unit (MU) teams, Customer Business Teams (CBT), Business Group Delivery Managers (BGDMs), Service Unit Managers, Solution Sales Managers (SSMs), Commercial Management (CM) teams during Services solution development with support from GSS extended teams- Organise & drive monthly governance reviews calls with respective RBC CoE/CePS, MU/CBT Services HoS teams- Responsible for Project Management of initiatives identified at the global/region/local level, development of strategy and productization/implementation of the same.**As part of our team, you will**:- Contribute actively for own Market / RBC - continuously to improve & grow Services sales funnel, drive processes & tools adherence to increase productivity and effectiveness in collaboration with Global MN Services Business Unit and RBCs- Contribute actively to drive automation, tooling adaptation, Pre-sales scoping & costing through xSU tool utilization across MN Services portfolios with support and collaboration across GSS Market Services Leads, GSS SU Domain Leads, MN SBU and RBCs**Your skills and experience****Required**:- Proven track record with Sales, Pre-sales support, Sales Management processes- Manage Rapport & build strong relationships with various stakeholders- Strong Program Management skills, Resource management, Program Tracking, Manage outcomes and Reporting- Financial understanding and business acumen- Team leader and Line manager experience- Comfortable managing ambiguity, ability to work under pressure to deliver results and meet timely outcomes- Excellent communication in English and Spanish- 12+ years extensive relevant experience with graduate / postgraduate degree**It would be an advantage if you also had**:- Analytical skills and good presentation skills- Flexibility to work beyond working hours and stretch to meet deadlines.**Personal Attributes**:- Positive Attitude- Customer focus- Serving mindset- Delivering Quality and Results- Innovation oriented**What we offer**You will get the opportunity to work with diverse cultures and team of professionals based across NAM, LAT, India and other locations.
