We are seeking a talented Data Consultant to join our team and drive impactful solutions by connecting business needs with data-driven strategies. In this role, you will help organizations leverage their data to uncover insights and achieve meaningful results. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop tailored data solutions aligned with organizational goals Define success metrics, establish desired outcomes, and monitor progress to ensure measurable business impact Collaborate with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data strategies Lead consulting engagements and support presales efforts by demonstrating expertise in analytics and understanding client needs Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic objectives and customer expectations Evaluate data quality and availability regularly to identify areas for improvement within governance processes Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics and incorporate them into ongoing initiatives Support data integration, processing, and preparation efforts to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-making Communicate insights and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment among stakeholders Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or in a similar consulting role A minimum of 2 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator At least 1 year of experience managing a team of five or more individuals Participation in at least two full project life cycles or involvement in multiple phases across various projects Strong understanding of data platforms and hands-on experience delivering solutions like data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting tools Proficiency in SQL and Python with advanced coding skills in both Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their associated data services In-depth knowledge of data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design concepts Demonstrated leadership and project management experience in data-driven initiatives Advanced analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and present actionable insights Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions Track record of successfully leading and delivering data projects that address business challenges and deliver measurable results Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience with advanced visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Hands-on experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management Ability to lead workshops, deliver presentations, and conduct client-facing training sessions We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
