**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:L**ist the**essential**job responsibilities in descending order of importance.**:1.Coordinate production scheduling, monitoring and adjusting the forecast to meet the business needs.2.Monitor and ensure adequate inventory level for all branches to meet the business's service level.3.Prepare WIP reports in AS400.4.Coordinate with Warehouse team and set shipping priority according to consumption rate for each branch.5.Ensure adequate raw materials availability for production.6.Lead day-to-day activities of team. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:List**minimum**education, certification, years of experience, etc. which are**required**to perform the job.**:**Education**High school degree or equivalent.**Relevant Work Experience**At least 3 years experience in operations and supply chain management.**Additional**Strong background in operations.Intermediate skill level Microsoft Windows, AS400 and SAP.Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:List any preferred education, certifications, years of experience, etc.**:**Education**Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
