Responsibilities Providing implementation services to new and existing NetSuite customers. Documenting and validating customer’s business requirements and mapping them to NetSuite functionality. Configuring/customizing the NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements. Conducting consulting sessions and documenting them with meeting minute summaries. Attending internal project meetings and providing status updates on progress of activities and deliverables. Contribution to Delivery Excellence Contributes to delivery excellence by documenting solutions best practices and participates in the NetSuite SME program. Also supports the sales cycle when needed. Continuous Education Contribute to internal knowledge base and stay updated with new product upgrades. Soft Skills The consultant should have strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor communicating effectively with functional and technical stakeholders. Experience Ideally, should have 8+ years’ experience with a consulting firm or software provider, and 3+ years in a NetSuite Functional Consultant role. Education Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineer, or Management Information Systems. A master's degree or post-graduate is a plus.
