The graduate consultant will beresponsible for completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting other consultants with projects, conductingresearch, and writing reports. You should be able to follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up withoriginal ideas.To be successful as a graduate consultant, you should have a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning.Consultants outside of their area of specialization.**The Associate Consultant will focus on the following areas**:- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.- Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.- Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.- Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.- Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.- Establishing professional relationships with staff.- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.**Skills/Abilities Required**- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.- Analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills.- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.- Coding skills including JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, Scripted Calculations, and algorithms.- Languages: English advanced**Location**:CDMX - This is a hybrid position.**Education**Bachelor’s/University degree in information technology, computer science, finance/economics, or a related field.**Experience**This role is suitable for individuals at the beginning of their professional careers.Our employees are our top priority, we offer comprehensive health and wellness plans.
