Meta Ads Video EditorContract - Remote - Full-time**Compensation**: $600 USD - $1,000 USD (DOE)A fast-growing digital brand is seeking a skilled editor who can turn raw assets into high-performing Meta ads. This role requires someone who works with precision, follows structured creative workflows, and delivers clean, conversion-ready edits at speed. You’ll collaborate closely with a growth-focused creative team, producing multiple variations per brief while maintaining consistency in pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling.Core Responsibilities- Edit short-form videos specifically for Meta ads with a focus on performance outcomes.- Convert raw assets into multiple variations for testing.- Follow the established creative workflow and naming structure.- Build strong hooks, captions, pacing, and product storylines aligned with creative direction.- Repurpose existing footage into new ad concepts and optimize videos for mobile viewing.**Requirements**:- Demonstrate strong experience editing videos for Mera Ads.- Show familiarity with Meta and creative best practices.- Be comfortable using AI tools in the editing process.- Be proficient with widely used professional editing software.- Possess a good understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling.- Show the ability to follow briefs and match the brand’s creative style.- Possess strong communication skills and fast turnaround time.- Provide a portfolio that shows short-form ad work.**Benefits**:- Competitive monthly compensation: $600 USD - $1,000 USD (DOE)- Flexible, remote work arrangement.- Opportunity to work directly on high-impact creative campaigns.
