Responsibilities Designs, implements and executes human resources strategies for business unit and functional groups Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and proactively resolves HR and business issues Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management. Anticipates and plans for long‑term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects Supervises Local Regulations Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree (with degree released) Fluent in English Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Merit Growth & Change Management Experience handling / using Workday & Power BI Knowledge of Mexico’s legal (regulatory) reforms Location of position: Mexico City Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
