Because why not do it all?**WHAT TO EXPECT**As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team.Located in Toluca for FP Plant, you will be responsible for performing and completing various accounting functions including coordinating with the Engineering and Operations Departments to ensure cost operations are accurate and up to date.**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Analyze the Material Cost proposed changes by investigating and documenting the driving factors, ensuring they are aligned to the Budget Costs - document the review and prepare supporting documentation.- Create and update BOMs, Routs, and associated costing activities for new and existing part numbers.- Prepare weekly inventory reporting of Raw/WIP/MRO Inventory and daily production to-stock reporting.- Prepare and reconcile month-end inventory reports to the General Ledger- Process the associated journal entries including preparation, recording and collection of supporting documentation.- Complete the final month-end to-stock reporting and prepare the associated Cost of Production journal entries including preparation, recording, and collection of supporting documentation.**REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Keeps self-control in hard situations.- Strong Communication skills- Problems Solving and decision making.- Costumer focus (internal and external)- Negotiation skills- Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork.- Problems Solving process.- Exceptional attention to internal and external customer requests- Negotiation skills**PAY & BENEFITS (to name a few)**- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.- Profit Sharing - According with local laws and Gates policy.- Meal Allowance $3,541.00 MXP per month- Medical and Life Insurance Coverage - According with the current Gates de México Policy.- Social Security (IMSS) - 100% covered by Gates.- Vacation and Holidays -Under the provisions of Gates Personnel Policies for the Gates de México.- Gates Pension Plan - Contribution defined Gates Pension Plan Fund according to the current policy.
