We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **IT Capacity Manager**The WPB Workforce Management (WFM) team sits within the Business Management function and is responsible for the effective and successful running of all Workforce Management processes and reporting for WPB Technology (approx. 18.000 FTE).We work with all the Service lines, Functions and Regions to govern the effective delivery of capacity management (end to end for the entire recruitment cycle, from business need to FTE exit) as well as performing affordability checks against budgets, approving requests and data quality analytics.In addition, we are also responsible for ensuring the global strategy and processes are followed, challenging the status quo where current processes have gaps and work with key stakeholders across IT COO, Business, WPB IT and Finance to ensure we continuously improve processes, reduce complexity, and lean our ways of working.**Principal responsibilities**- Develop and enhance tooling infrastructure used for reporting needs with an initial key focus on rolling out Rally- Become the face off / point of contact to PPM, Transformation and the Business Managers to ensure holistic reports are build and the same data is used by different parts of the organisation- Implement clear RACIs for data feeds / report generations and core outputs- Manage, guide and support Business Manager and other stakeholders through various processes and reports to ensure adherence to governance and strategy- Overseeing the actions given by the central IT COO team and see it through to execution**Requirements**:**Skills**- Proficiency in handling large data using Excel to create various reports and views.- Great attention to detail / accuracy and ability to look at the detail but also aggregate information for CIO / COO consumption- Ability to prioritize effectively and willing to take on end-to-end responsibility of processes / reports including ensuring they are still fit for purpose and utilized by our stakeholders. This will include - but is not limited to - developing the tooling infrastructure for WPB Technology (Clarity v Pioneer, central governance and reporting management, enhanced tooling and infrastructure)- Developing and maintaining vital relationships across multiple internal and external departments with stakeholders, business, and customers.- Develop and implement Communications & Governance along with transformation and tooling skills to manage the end-to-end workforce team activities.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
