Flō Networks (formerly known as Transtelco) is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico. We provide voice and data services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 13,000 miles between both countries.We have an immediate need for an **IT Infrastructure Administrator** in Mexico City, Mexico in a hybrid flex working model.**The Role**:**The Responsibilities**:- Design, implement, manage and maintain servers and communication equipment.- Resolve in a timely manner IT related tickets according to the SLAs defined.- Ensure the availability of the infrastructure including servers, internal networks and IT services.- Perform control backups / restore compliance on computers.- Ensure compliance with area standards and policies.- Maintain communication with the rest of the team and collaborative areas.- Manage Active Directory, GSuite DHCP, etc.- Manage local (Proxmox, VMWare, KVM, Xen) and cloud virtualization platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, docker, openshift).- Maintain updated documentation and comply with company standards.- Creation and configuration of routes, VPN, VLANS, IPSEC tunnels.**The Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related field.- Windows Platform Administration experience required.- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ Certification a plus.- Virtualization Platforms (VMWare, Proxmox, KVM, Xen) experience.- Configuration and management of switches and firewalls such as Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper configuration.- Experience handling addressing and encapsulation.- LAN and WAN networks.- Be familiar with wireless technologies and standards (WEP, WPA, WPA2 security).- Experience with VOIP technologies.- Advanced administration and configuration in Linux.- Experience in Information Security.- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
