Resideo is seeking a Strategic Marketing Analyst to join ADI's Strategy team. In this role you will be responsible for managing an external analytics portal, coordinating with IT and development teams, conducting user testing, creating mock-up dashboards, facilitating system enhancements, leading demos, and maintaining user guides and training materials. You will also support other data-driven strategic initiatives as needed, including survey management, customer loyalty operations, strategic annual planning initiatives, and financial reporting. Strong analytics, collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you'll work with various teams across the organization in a growth-oriented environment.**JOB DUTIES**:- **Project Management**:Lead the development and enhancement of an external-facing analytics portal, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy.- **Coordination**:Collaborate with IT and development teams to prioritize tasks, ensuring data availability and system functionality.- **User Testing**:Conduct ongoing user experience testing of dashboards, recommending improvements based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.- **Dashboard Development**: Build and test mock-up dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and are user-friendly.- **Documentation**:Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.- **Communication**:Provide clear and consistent communication to end-users regarding credentials, billings, updates, outages, demos, training and support.- **Strategic Marketing**:Assist with a variety of strategic marketing initiatives such as survey management and analysis, customer loyalty, financial reporting, and other relevant requests.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- 2-5 years of experience Business Management, Marketing/Marketing Research, Data Science, Computer Science, IT or equivalent- Prior experience with advanced usage of the **English **language inclusive of written and verbal communication.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation.- Proficiency with MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills).Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Smartsheet or MS Project).**WE VALUE**:- Strong presentation skills with excellent written communication abilities.- Creativity and innovation in data storytelling and process enhancement.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.- Basic creative/design skills using tools like Photoshop, Canva or other design software.- Understanding of programming logic and the ability to create and edit SQL scripts.- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:- Professional development in a supportive, dynamic workplace with an engaged and collaborative culture.Resideo's comprehensive benefits above Mexican law.LI-AA1LI-Hybrid
