This is a remote position.- Location: Orange County, Ca**Responsibilities**:Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- SAP Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience with various SAP modules. Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementations.- Travel and Residence: Be available for travel and open to changing residence within the U.S. as per project requirements.**Requirements**:**Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.**Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on SAP modules.
