Global Talent Acquisition & D&I LeaderMonterrey, Nuevo LeónNemak is dedicated to developing technological solutions that make **sustainable mobility possible.**We are committed to **working together** across disciplines to drive **innovation** and to shape the future of** automotive lightweighting**.GlobalObjectiveResponsible for supporting the definition, development and execution of the Talent Acquisition and D&I Strategy, ensuring that the defined goals are alined to the local needs in the Recruit, Source & Select and Onboarding procesMain Responsibilities- Support the design and definition of an agile and effective recruitment, sourcing and selection talent strategy in order to fulfill the internal customer / plants needs- Defines and sets sourcing tools that meet with targets defined in the Company, benchmarking and best practices implementations.- Validate the effectiveness of the onboarding strategy/ process, generates analytics (turnover new employees, satisfaction surveys, engagement surveys, etc.) that facilitate the continuous improvement of the process.- Support in the definition and design of tools, processes or systems that contribute to a more effective Recruit, Source and Select process by analyzing potential risks and date- Support the Employer Branding strategy by designing and defining new actions or activities that promote an effective recruitment and retention of talent for Nemak- Identifies external trends and recognizes best practices to increase diversity among workforcePosition Requirements- Education: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Administration- Experience: Human Resources (5+ years), Recruitment processes (+4 years), D&I (1+ year)- Technical Skills: Targeted Selection, Behavioral Interviews, Success FactorsNemak provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
