Overview:**Analyst, Transactional Sourcing | Staff III**Recruiter: Manuiel GarciaThis position reports to: Mary Hernandez, Supervisor, Transactional SourcingSTATEMENT:The analyst will contribute to the goals of Transactional Sourcing Team in Mexico with the transactional, administrative and reporting processes. This role will be responsible from the creations of Requisitions and Purchase Orders until the receipt in order to complete the P2P process (Procurement to pay), and support with the automation in the department.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the responsibilities of the position 5 to 8 in total Please be sure that each one is a responsibility and not an activity ranking by importance.- Responsible of create Purchase orders in Oracle- Ensure the ethics and compliance of Procurement Department through the audits and risk mitigation- Responsible of create the Purchase Requisitions in Oracle.- Support reports and metrics for Procurement Department- Create and maintenance of new databases- Support improves, innovation of current Procurement process to make it more efficiently and automatic.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneJob Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:(Please be sure that each of the qualifications listed in this section are truly required to perform the essential functions of the job.
