Responsabilities Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, andsummarizing information/trends and recommending action plans. Supervise andguide NPI engineers in product implementation. Coordinatecross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain). Lead documentationof process approvals, risk assessments, and control plans. Drive continuousimprovement on new product performance. Support executionof Technology Roadmap initiatives Collaborate withsuppliers and customers in early phases of projects (pilots, demos, newequipment). Provide visibilityto management with structured reporting and KPIs. Train and mentorProduct/NPI Engineers Customer visits The candidate should have higher level education in Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 5 yearsof industry experience. Customerrelationship management. US Visa is a must. English writtenand spoken. Experience across the following is desirable: PreferableKnowledge of high-speed connectors. PreferableKnowledge of assembly process and controls for pressfit and SMT. PreferableKnowledge of assembly and test equipment used in an electronics assemblyenvironment such as SMTline equipment, AOI, 3D Xray, Flying probe testers, Electrical andfunctional testing. Electronicscomponent knowledge for Bill of material’s selection and verification. Strongorganization, time keeping and presentation skills. High levelcustomer service and ability to build relationships with customers. Excellent projectmanagement skills desired. Decision-makingability, proactive and analytical skills Reverseengineering Understanding ofLean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, 8D, statistical tools and six sigma. 100 %Bilingual Microsoft OfficeProducts intermediate to advanced level #J-18808-Ljbffr
