The Recruiter Intermediate is an intermediate position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.**Responsibilities**:- Consult with clients to develop appropriate sourcing strategy, such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment- Partner with respective Human Resource Advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talent- Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Experience in financial services industry preferred- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- De 3 a 5 años de experiência en el proceso completo de reclutamiento end to end.- Experiência en manejo de posiciones especializadas.- Licenciatura concluida.- Manejo de Paquetería de Office.- Deseable manejo de Workday.- Manejo de inglés intermedio.**Job Family Group**:Human Resources- **Job Family**:Recruiting- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
