Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related.Master of Business AdministrationKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015Experience minimum 5 years continuous as Manager in the position and in environments of the metalworking industry.Manufacturing Processes, Strategic Planning, FinanceKnowledge in Development and Strict Budget Control.Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational controlExperience in conflict management and negotiation processesCoordinate and manage the production program to meet the goals set for your business unit.- Comply with the goals of deliveries on time (OTD) of required (RDSL) and promise (PDSL).- Meet the delivery goals for late orders (Late Backlog) upon request (LRBL) and Promise (LPBL).- Achieve pre-established shipping goals (POR).- Maintain acceptable customer quality levels according to pre-established goals.- Lead investigations and responses to customer complaints (SR).- Lead the implementation of engineering changes (ECN's) that affect your business unit.- Ensure production efficiencies and line capacity based on pre-established goals.- Ensure planning activities are performed according to S&OP (Sales & Operative Planning).
