Overview:Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll specialist assists in the general tasks of the Department, through the capture of information on computer equipment; preparation of various reports, general filing functions, data capture, copying, preparation and distribution of documents**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for keeping the ADP database (HR database) updated as it relates to department changes, admissions, leave, and supervisor changes.- Responsible for keeping eTime ("Time and Attendance" system) up to date with associate information and sending payroll to NOMITEK (payroll provider).- Fill out documents related to payroll payment and send them to Nomitek.- Assists in the preparation of documents required for new hires, including the badge. Likewise, support in the induction course regarding the payroll process.- Provides support to eTime users to obtain payroll reports.- Takes charge of the loan/savings withdrawal process, employee letters and receipt printing, including attention to staff in general.- Make calculation, dispersion and purchase order for the payment of food vouchers (Sí Vale).- Download retention and modification notices from Infonavit, as well as advice to staff.- Collaborate and participate in the organization of social and sports activities.Qualifications:- High School or Commercial career- Basic English desirable- Customer service- Patience and tolerance- Schedule availability- Good interpersonal relationships- Teamwork- Follow written and verbal instructions- Ability to work with multiple tasks- MS Office**WHO WE ARE**Shure’s mission is to be the most trusted audio brand worldwide - and for nearly a century, our Core Values have aligned us to be just that.
