States considered: Ciudad de MéxicoRole DescriptionBusiness Developer for diagnostics business in the veterinarian field, responsible for leading the implementation of business strategy with the center and southwest region of Mexico. Expert at promoting diagnostics devices and managing distribuitors relationships.Main ResponsibilitiesBuild strong and collaborative relationships with our existing Professional Sales Representatives to identify and develop Vetscan Diagnostic opportunitiesPartners with the Territory Sales Manager to achieve overall quota for the territoryProvide expert sales support to existing Professional Sales Representatives in veterinary clinics, with an emphasis on the adoption and utilisation of the Zoetis Point of Care Diagnostic offering.Consistently achieve diagnostic sales targets through placement of Vetscan products.Increase market share of the entire diagnostic portfolio.Efficiently maintain CRM sales pipeline data and all administrative requirements associated with the execution of the sales process.Manage Business Reviews with Distribuitors in order to successfully address account plans and ensure roles and responsibilities fulfilmentQualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience)Education: MVZ, QFB, IBT, or engineeringExperience: A proven sales track record with at least three years of experience working as a sales professional or a customer facing role in the diagnostics or veterinarian businessExperience selling or promoting laboratory products or capital equipment will be highly regarded.Must have the availability and willingness to travel and be flexible to accommodate our customer’s needs.Have an ability to work autonomously.Be a team player and contribute to a high-performing teamRepresent Zoetis at local, regional, and national trade showsSkills:Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical informationExceptional written and spoken communication skillsEffective organisational & planning skillsBasic knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processesA willingness and commitment to ongoing professional developmentOther CommentariesEnglish level: Intermediate - AdvancedPreferred place of residence: CDMXAvailability for business travel and/or relocation: 60% of the time (Querétaro, Estado de México, Yucatán)Full time
