TEAM LEAD (MX)The Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the team's workflow and tasks to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. In this leadership role, the Team Lead establishes clear objectives, communicates expectations effectively, and systematically evaluates team performance. Additionally, they collaborate with the Department Heads to maintain quality standards and verify the team’s procedural performance of required duties. The Team Lead serves as a key support to the supervisor, working diligently to achieve exceptional results and organizational excellence.**Responsibilities are as follows and are not limited to**:Set example of quality of work and performance expected with the team.Delegate workload out to the team.Make sure the metrics/KPIs are stable and with limited variations through continuous follow-up on the team’s productivity.Alongside the supervisors, be the direct point of contact for escalations/issues.Provide excellent customer service experience.Alert to employee absences or attendance issues.Vocal leader for team concerns or suggestions.Gather best practices and share them with the rest of the team.Other requests related tasks to the role of a leader within the organization.
