TITLE OF POSITION: Residential AFC Program SpecialistDegree Required: High School DiplomaBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Residential/AFC Program Specialist will work closely with the AFC/Residential Manager and Medical/Quality Specialist. We are looking for a person that is patient, kind and loves working with the I/DD population. Responsibilities will include but not limited to covering shifts at the residential houses, assist monthly AFC and weekly residential house checks confirming clients funds, medication counts, grocery shopping/pickup and cleanliness of homes. A shared responsibility for transporting clients to doctor appointments, vacations, family visits and outings.LOCATION OF POSITION: Regional Office
