Main locations of BSS are Germany, Mexico and India. Operations are focused on high available infrastructure landscapes (server cluster, operating systems with support of storage systems).Driving continuous improvement is one main lever to increase operation availability and efficiency. Infrastructure landscape re architecture and new technology adoption is another important part. Global thinking and a strong customer focus are essential.**What you’ll do**Position Title: SAP Mexico Next Gen - IT Technology ServicesLocation: Monterrey, MexicoExpected start date: November 2025*Contract Duration: 2 YearsAs an SAP Mexico Next Gen - IT Technology Services Partner you are responsible for:- Conceptual design, configuration and administration of server landscapes with focus on Windows Operating systems- Cloud administration skills- Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes- Managing the daily operations, ensure high availability- Strong collaboration with server management units in the Service Centers of Global IT IS- Strong alignment and close cooperation with internal customers and partners- Willingness to take on call duty**Who you are**We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
