Digital Menta, somos una consultora y agencia de marketing digital fundada por dos ex-Googlers, que hemos guiado a más de 400 proyectos a impulsar su negocio digital con un enfoque altamente personalizado.Nuestra cultura de empresa, con un ambiente dinámico y joven, te permitirá enriquecerte profesionalmente junto a nuestros más de 80 compañeros.Si te ha gustado esto, espera a leer másDescripción del puesto:Como Junior Marketing Specialist, colaborarás y te formarás en los diferentes servicios que opera la agencia dentro del departamento de Marketing Digital, realizando tareas de SEM y Performance, SEO y Automation, entre otras.Además, estarás en contacto directo con los clientes para desarrollar los proyectos de automatizaciones y analizar los resultados de las acciones.Estamos buscando:- +**1 año de experiência** en Marketing Digital- Colaborar en la definición y ejecución de campañas digitales (Social Media, SEM, Display y video) de diversos clientes- Analizar, monitorear y proyectar métricas de campañas publicitarias.- Gestionar procesos administrativos de configuración de campañas, mantenimiento y emisión de reportes financieros, con un alto grado de precisión.- Definición y ejecución de la estrategia de posicionamiento en buscadores y de los indicadores claves de éxito- Auditoría del sitio web- Analizar la competencia para investigar las mejores prácticas- Orientación al detalle con la habilidad de priorizar, planear y organizar las actividades diarias- Conocimiento de Inglés y Español- Persona analítica, cómoda en el uso de estadísticas y cálculos para mostrar resultados y argumentar nuevos acciones- Capaz de trabajar en equipoTambién valoramos:- Conocimiento o experiência de Connectif, Salesforce, Oracle, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Active Campaign, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Searchmetrics, Screaming Frog, Social Media, SEM, Display y video- Conocimiento/experiência de HTML básico.- Experiência mejorando la comunicación de marcas digitales con sus clientes y usuarios.- Experiência previa en otras agencias.Beneficios:- Compensación salarial por encima de la media- Beneficios de empresa- Buen ambiente de trabajo- Espacio de trabajo agradable y con posibilidad de generar networking- Y mucho másSi te interesa lo que te hemos contado, no dudes en aplicarTe estamos esperandoEl equipo de Talento de Digital Menta MéxicoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en C.P. 44610 GUADALAJARA, C.P.
