It’s in our name & it’s what we do.**The position and your daily adventures**We are seeking a Product Business Architect to focus on Payments and Providers initiatives. This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.**What you can expect**:- You will be responsible for supporting the Product Team at Klar- Gathering product requirements from stakeholders- Data analysis and presentation- Identifying areas for improvement- Working with developers, both frontend and backend- Aligning with third party providers**What we are looking for**:Technical (hard skills)- Advanced English. Most communication within Klar happens in English.- Intermediate / Advanced in SQL.- Experience using JIRA.- Experience with FigmaNon-technical (soft skills)- Problem-finder and problem-solver. You have the ability to tackle broad questions, identify the right problem to solve and generate solutions for it.- Self-starter and proactive. You do not require constant supervision; curiosity drives you to find new work streams that help the company’s goals.- Organized and structured. You plan, organize and structure your efforts in order to achieve the most effectiveness in a more efficient way.- Analytical and critical thinker. You leverage available data and search for new data points to make informed decisions; you do not go with the first hunch or the first answer, but test the answers against data and facts.- Good written and verbal communication skills. You know how to communicate your findings in a way that others can understand and leverage.- Collaborative.
