We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Recruiter for a company located in Cabo San Lucas. This person must be proactive, reliable, highly organized and with an outstanding English level.Job Responsabilities:- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through different channels.- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudesWhat we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related field.- Advanced English level both written and spoken.- At least two years of proven experience in a recruitment roll.- Experience doing recruitment for staff in the medical field is a plus.What we offer:- Salary of $25,000 pesos a month.- Home office bonus of $800 pesos a month.- Mexican Law Benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajo desde casaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Reclutamiento: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
